Rice pudding


An option for celiac children


  • Ingredients for two servings
    • 1/3 cup (50 g) of Basmati rice
    • 3/4 cup (100 ml) of evaporated milk
    • 3/4 cup (100 g) of condensed milk
    • Half an orange peel
    • 1 cinnamon stick
    • 1 tsp of ground cinnamon
    • 6 scoops of Vitafos®
  • Preparation
    1. Boil the milk in 300 ml of water along with the orange peel and the cinnamon stick.
    2. Remove the orange peel and the cinnamon stick.
    3. Add the two types of milk and the Vitafos®, and simmer at low heat, stirring every two minutes.
    4. Pour into two dishes. Allow to cool and sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
